Texas hold 'em (also known as Texas holdem, hold 'em, and holdem) is one of the most popular variants of the card game of poker. Two cards, known as hole cards, are dealt face down to each player, and then five community cards are dealt face up in three stages. The Poker TDA is a voluntary poker industry association founded in 2001. The TDA mission is to increase global uniformity of poker tournament rules. TDA Rules supplement the conventional rules of this house. In case of conflict with a gaming agency, the agency rules apply.

There is a widespread misconception that any card exposed to a player in the blinds is a misdeal. The actual rule, though, is that if either of the first two cards off the deck is exposed, a misdeal is declared.

The exact misdeal scenario from the Poker Tournament Directors Association website is expressed this way:
“if either of the first 2 cards dealt off the deck or any other 2 downcards are exposed by dealer error”

This means that when the players in the blinds are receiving their second card, an exposed card does not trigger a misdeal.

It also means that, if there is no small blind and the first card dealt to the first-to-act player is exposed, a misdeal is declared. (This could be after a player is eliminated, or after players are moved to re-balance tables.)

Action is considered to occur in stud games when two players after the forced bet have acted on their hands. In button games, action is considered to occur when two players after the blinds have acted on their hands. Once action occurs, a misdeal can no longer be declared. The hand is played to conclusion and no money is returned to any player whose hand is fouled.

Championship Wrestling from Florida (1985-1987)[edit]

Kendall Windham started wrestling in 1985 for Championship Wrestling from Florida. He was very skinny but had the same moves and looks as his older brother, Barry. In his early days, he was a good guy (face) and teamed with Barry to feud with Ron Bass, Jack Hart and Kevin Sullivan's 'cult'. His biggest singles feuds were with White Ninja AKA Great Muta and The Cuban Assassin. He traded the Florida Heavyweight Title a few times with each of them.

Jim Crockett Promotions / World Championship Wrestling (1987-1989)[edit]

In 1987, he ventured to the NWA's Jim Crockett Promotions where he teamed with The Italian Stallion and feuded with the MOD Squad, Spike & Basher. He never got above preliminary status and went to WCCW briefly at the end of 1988.^[3] In January 1989, he was back in the NWA teaming with another second generation wrestler, Dustin Rhodes, as the 'Texas Broncos'.^[4] In a match aired on January 28, 1989, Kendall teamed with Eddie Gilbert against his brother Barry and James J. Dillon of the Four Horsemen.^[4] Kendall turned on Gilbert and joined Barry and held up the four fingers to the camera.^[4] Before the next show, Dillon left for the WWF and the Horsemen name was dropped. The Windhams and Flair were given a new manager, Hiro Matsuda, and a new stable name, 'Yamasaki Corporation'.^[4] Kendall stayed with the stable (which grew to include Butch Reed and Michael Hayes) until the summer, when he left for Florida again.^[4]

Championship Wrestling from Florida (1989-1990)[edit]

On June 27, 1989, Windham won the FCW Heavyweight Championship from Dustin Rhodes. He obtained a new manager, Oliver Humperdink, and feuded with Rhodes. He soon left Humperdink for Robert Fuller's Stud Stable and by the end of 1989, was a member of Ron Slinker's 'Strike Command'. In 1990, he left Slinker and teamed with Fuller to win the Tag Team Titles, Upon losing them, they split and feuded.

Various promotions[edit]

Windham returned to wrestling in 1992 for Florida's ICWA promotion where he feuded with Pat Tanaka. He had put on some more weight in prison and was considered a heavyweight instead of a light heavyweight. He teamed with Dan Spivey for a tour of All Japan Pro Wrestling and spent a little time in WCW in 1994 and ECW in 1995.

World Championship Wrestling (1997-1999)[edit]

Windham returned to WCW in 1997 with his head shaved and feuded with Chris Adams and Jim Duggan.^[5] In 1999, when WCW created a hardcore division, he entered it briefly and feuded with Hardcore Hak.^[5] In June, Windham joined The West Texas Rednecks in what would be the biggest push of his career. The Rednecks were his brother Barry, Curt Hennig and Bobby Duncum Jr..^[5] They were supposed to be heels feuding with Master P's rappers, the 'No Limit Soldiers', but the southern fans of WCW cheered the Rednecks instead.^[5] The angle was quickly dropped and they moved on to a feud with 'Harlem Heat' (Booker T and Stevie Ray).^[5] Kendall and Barry defeated Harlem Heat for the WCW World Tag Team Title's but lost them back to Harlem Heat three weeks later.^[5]

Late career (1999-2002)[edit]

By the end of 1999, they all had left WCW and Kendall worked for Ted DiBiase's promotion WXO, WWC (where he won the tag title with Barry) and All Japan Pro Wrestling where he closed out his career tagging with his brother Barry in the AJPW Real World Tag League 2000. Kendall Windhams last match took place on December 16, 2000 where he and his brother Barry Windham lost the WWC Tag Team Titles to the team of Thunder 'N' Lightning.

Windham retired in 2002.^[1]

Mike Rotunda is married to Windham's sister. His nephews, Windham and Taylor, wrestle for WWE as Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas respectively.^[6] He has a son named Wyatt.^{[citation needed]} He is currently President of a security business in Brandon, Florida.^[2]

Many not-for-profit organizations choose to supplement their fundraising efforts with raffles, either in conjunction with an event such as a dinner auction or on a standalone basis. However, many are unaware that such raffles are illegal if the organization is not in compliance with the Washington State Gambling Commission’s rules. Raffles are covered in state law under RCW 9.46 with further administrative guidance in WAC 230-11 . In addition, the gambling commission has published a helpful brochure covering raffles . In this article, I will summarize some of most common requirements for raffles. However, before holding your own raffle, you should be familiar with all the requirements.
Not every nonprofit organization is allowed to hold a raffle. To be eligible to hold a raffle of any kind, the organization must have been in existence and operating for at least a year. You cannot hold a raffle in attempts to get a brand new organization off the ground. In addition, the by-laws or articles of incorporation must state that the organization is organized and operated only for certain charitable purposes (see RCW 9.46.0209 ). Although this list is fairly inclusive, it does not include such things as lobbying. In addition, it is clear that you must actually have filed by-laws/articles with the state. Loosely formed groups of well-meaning volunteers cannot hold a raffle even if all the proceeds are going to a charitable purpose.
A raffle can be either licensed or unlicensed. For unlicensed raffles, no application or reporting is due to the gambling commission. However, an organization may only offer two unlicensed raffles to the public each year and the combined gross revenue from the unlicensed raffles cannot exceed ,000. There are certain other situations that also require a license such as holding a joint raffle with another organization. ( WAC 230-11 ) If you plan to exceed either of the limits, you must apply for a license before holding the raffle. When applying for a license, you must prove that significant progress has been made toward accomplishing your stated purpose during the prior year. Once you have received your license, you must display the license when selecting the winners of the raffle.
Be sure to check with your local taxing authority for any taxes that may be due. Only the first ,000 of net proceeds is specifically exempt from taxation. ( RCW 9.46.110 ) Also, you may have a federal tax reporting requirement if the winner receives more than 0. The winner must provide their tax information so you can complete an IRS Form W-2G .
One of the lesser known requirements of holding a raffle is the requirement to notify your local police. For unlicensed raffles, the local police must be notified at least 5 days prior to selecting the winners and for licensed raffles, the notification must be in writing prior to selling any tickets.
Whether the raffle is licensed or not, rules for conducting the raffle are similar. When selling tickets ( WAC 230-11-014 to WAC 230-11-035 ), the maximum allowable individual ticket price (cost per chance) is 0. All tickets must be sold for the same price. You may not give away any free tickets. Tickets cannot be sold over the phone, via the internet or through the mail. You can promote the raffle via phone, internet or mail but the actual sale of tickets must be in person and paid in full (no IOUs). Purchaser must be 18 or older. Except in certain circumstances ( WAC 230-06-101 ), tickets can only be sold by members who are 18 or older.
Raffles are a fun addition to any auction or event and the prospect of a flashing button or other indication of raffle ticket purchase can add a sense of competition within the room. However, before your event committee gets too far along in its planning, make sure you can comply with all of the gambling commission rules.

Presque Isle Downs and Casino is a casino and horse racing track complex located south of Erie, Pennsylvania. The owner, MTR Gaming Group, broke ground in October 2005 for its new facility, which opened on February 28, 2007. It contains 2,000 slot machines. The 1 mile (1.6 km) oval track opened on September 2, 2007.
CDI now has stakes in two casinos in Pennsylvania, and big ambitions to expand elsewhere in the US. It will soon launch online sports betting and casino in New Jersey in partnership with the Golden Nugget.
Sports betting is the spur to that expansion. CDI has moved quickly to apply for a Pennsylvania license for Presque Isle.
At a cost of $10 million, CDI applied to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for a sports betting license on December 7. The license will allow both online and live casino sports betting.
Presque Isle has also applied for interactive licenses that will allow online casino games and slots. It will not be offering online poker.
CDI’s technology partner for sports betting and online operations is SBTech. The two signed a deal in the same week that the SupremeCourt overturned PASPA, so no surprise that Presque Isle is entering the sports betting market.

At the beginning of November, CDI CEO Bill Carstanjen told investors that the company would launch online in New Jersey :
